I got ANOTHER QUESTION :) I was going to work out more.. for the summer. Now that i have my calorie intake down pat.. im going to try 1500-1700 calories a day. Now im starting a new program in march.....

My sister doesn't like that site. She says that for me to weigh 103 would be to little.
According to that I am right where I should be. I am not over weight. So, it wasn't so bad gaining that 12 extra lbs.
I'm 3 pounds above the people's choice ideal weight.
I guess I will try to lose some weight and step up my fitness routine.

i'm healthy. i am exactly where i should be. my ideal weight is exactly what i just told the trainer at the gym that i wanted to be when i did my health age assessment. i asked him if it was a possible weight for me to attain without compromising muscle and he said probably not. i am just as happy staying the weight i am if i don't lose any muscle. thanks for the sight.
