Well it couldn't hurt to try to loose some pounds but you are not too overweight but loose about 10-20 pounds and you will be good

Go to your local gym or try weight watchers don't eat too many sweets either

If you are between 5'3'' and 5'5'' then you are at a slim, healthy weight.

Well, if that is the case you might be overweight.
To lose it you have to take a 30 minute jog every morning, when you're hungry drink water, skip breakfast and lunch,and have a tiny tiny dinner looking at the calories. Do this for a couple weeks and BAM it's gone. Oh, and take a walk every other day in the evening.
That's the best I can think of.

Actually, you are overweight. You weigh more than my mom, and she is 41 years old. I'm 12 and I weigh 90 pounds. Depends how tall you are though. I have a friend that is 13, she is 5"4 and she weighs about 110 pounds. [:

But anyway if you confirm that you are getting over weight,just try to eat more low fat food and exercise, the main point is to focus on being healthy, not the fat itself ok?Good luck and don't stress much about this, you are too young, i am sure you can get fit easily, if you just watch what you eat and exercise.Enjoy your life!

I'm also 13 years old and I'm 136 or 137. I ask myself the same question sometimes. I wouldn't say you were overweight because there are so many other people our age that are bigger. I used to be 140 and then when i started playing volleyball i lost 8 pounds. Then i started to gain it back. Now volleyball season is about to start so I'll probably lose it again but i decided im going to keep it like that. You should try sports. No one can really tell i weigh that much though because im 5 foot 6 so it kind of evens out.

it really depends on your body, because sometimes people are mostly muscle and muscle is heavy. as long as you're healthy, you shouldn't worry about your weight. if you think you have unheathly eating habits then try to eat more sensibly and get more exercise. if you need to, you should consult a doctor who can help you with nutrition and fitness.

Depends on your height and body style. I'd rather have you a bit heavier than anorexic or bulimic as its much safer for you.

it all depends on your height. the best way too lose weight if you're not worried about losing muscle is by eating lots of fruits and veggies, ab excercises and running intervals

You could be normal or you could be overweight. It depends on your height, build and BMI. Eat fruits and Veggies instead of sugar and fat filled snacks, get good sleep, and exercise.
