You are a healthy weight, but on the borderline of being considered overweight. There are sights that will calculate your BMI. However, if you are very muscular, your BMI will be high, because muscle weighs more than fat. BMI stands for body mass index. If you are not fit, I would suggest increasing exercise. You are petite and unfortunately for you, you will have eat less and exercise more to maintain your shape. BMI ideal 19-24. |
