Is Milligrams the same as Equivalent Units?
I have some medicine and I need milligrams but I got eu. which stands for Equivalent units. I need to know how to convert, or how many Milligrams are in Equivalent Units.

You should call the pharmacist who gave you the medication or the prescriber of the medication.

I doubt they are related. In the hospital medication like insulin are measured in a syringe in increments of units.

Equivalent units are units of measurement for the amount of a substance, based on measured biological activity (or effect). It is used for vitamins, hormones, some drugs, vaccines, blood products and similar biologically active substances.

They are not the same as milligrams. Each substance converts to milligrams differently.
