No, not at all!
You can always get invisible braces,
and I saw some old man at Tesco's the other day who had braces! :D
It's not old at all! |

If you can afford them, the only reason not to get the braces is because you would be embarrassed by how they make you look.
However, in this case like so many others, these appearance issues are almost entirely in our own minds: we look in the mirror and notice such things far more than anyone else. Other people are too busy thinking about other things (including their own zits, bad hair days, freckles, etc.) to pay a lot of attention to how we look.
You have another 50-60 years to live. Invest in your future appearance! |

Your not too old to want straight teeth. If they arent too bad, you could have them off in a year or less depending on your orthodontist. I know a 46 year old with them. They have invisilign which is expensive, but they also have white/clear braces that work great too! |

maybe think about investing in invisalign?
Im 17 right now, and my teeth are alright.. im scared they're gunne get worse when i grow up, so i'll probably look into that if that becomes a problem in the future, lol |

the earlier, the better. DO IT NOW; DON'T LET YOUR TEETH KEEP YOU FROM SMILING!!!!
honestly. if you are happy, and you wanna smile, you really should. and if it is only something like your teeth that keep you from smiling, which is really a minor problem, get rid of that problem..... |

my sub had them and she was older than you....you shouldnt worry about your age as along as your teeth are getting fixed its worth the money and time because you will feel alot better with the end results |

no, there is no age limit but if you think they look silly you can always get invisaline or the clear braces. |

NO WAY! i saw a 67 year old with braces, according to my orthodontist there is no age limit. no offense but for people over 18 i recommend lingual braces, the braces put on the inside of teeth, its the same exact procedure and it hurts less |

You are NEVER too old to make yourself better! If it will make you feel better when you smile...DO IT! Life is too short not to smile as much as you can!!!!! |

No, you normally get braces when you are just over the age of 10, like in your teenage years, but some people do get them when they are significantly older. This is rarer but this lady that I know is getting braces and she's 40 so it can happen. I would say go for it if it will make you feel better about your smile. I'm getting mine in 5 days because my bottom teeth are awful and I can't wait to have a straight smile!!! Good luck if you do get them, and don't worry about having them on! x |

Of course not! I know lots of grown adults with braces. Its only for a short time anyway so i'm sure it won't be that bad. |
