Stay inside. If you must be outside, drink heavily.

i used to think i was allergic to the cold too but its actually when the heat is too high inside your home or wherever it is you go then once you go outside to the cold you get the feeling of an allergic reaction. The best thing to do is keep your heat down as much as you can stand it and just layer up on clothing. also get yourself a heating blanket to sleep with. This should help. Good luck.

You don't describe what kind of reaction you have to the cold. If your hands and feet turn white then a kind of bluish purple and hurt a lot you may have Raynaud's syndrome. Ask your doctor.

maybe your anemic.. low on iron.. maybe it's aging.. try taking malti vitamins everyday.. or speak with your dr. i know the feeling of being chilled 2 the bone.. bummer eh.. the nice part about it is, our winters aren't as cold as years gone by : )

It hurts, I know from experience , the best way is to protect your face from the cold air you inhale. Place a shawl or cover over your face and breathe literally through 'IT' .
The rest of your body will be fine by just wearing extra protective clothing . Ice cold air getting into the lungs is another matter . I suffered all those years when I had to work and was forced to live in a cold climate . Finally I did move to Florida when I retired. I know I increased my life-span . How wonderful to be warm and feel no pain with every breath I take.
Hang in there , some day you can smile about the whole thing and remember I told 'ya so ! LOL

Allergic to the cold??? Well there are quite a few options. There is a lot of gear out there at the moment that helps ease the cold. There are thermals, formally known as Long Johns. Thermals are made out of Polypropylene. They're not very bulky, you can wear them under clothing and they also come in cool designs if you want to show them off. They are used a lot in cold places and/or used when camping. They are very useful. If that doesn't sound good, there are so many options out there, you just need to look. Try a camping place, they have a lot of clothing designed to keep you warm. The other option is to go and buy a jacket and a heater. Down(duck feathers) is also very good at keeping you warm. Try buying a down blanket. So warm
