Hey There!I Eat cereal in the AM, rich in soluable fiber, grains fruit, maybe nuts for protein. This way, the "cereal" carries the lactose thru your system. Try this(no promo intended) Honey Bunches of Oats/Strawberry, They are genius's. I'm 49 y/o, the 1/3 cup of milk still turns PINK !!!(Boy I wish I was a teen again) Give me a serving of that in the eve or at a movie theater, I know how to spend my $$$, Once/twice per wk, I eat ice cream, Breyers Heath, Black Rasp Choc, the new one Grasshopper Pie??? I allow myself 2 semi-large scoops per serving. Rather easy to tolerate. Stay upright / seated after eating these things, only 20-30 mins. IF you lie down/recline, it gives the lactose "more" time to upset your stomach/system. Lastly,,,YES YES YES the new Silk Almond milk is great, in coffee, over a high fiber cereal, milkshakes. Not sure of brand name, but someone has a Vanilla Bean and coconut flavor. YUM. Pick ONE product, try for 3-5 days, if unsuccessful, pick another.and repeat, my local (less than 5-6 miles away)Publix, WalMart carries these products mentioned, cheaply. Again, NO promo. I HATE/DESPISE SOY,,,YUCK !!!
