What foods contain Phospholipids?
Phospholipids have been recommended to promote brain funtioning after completing chemotherapy. I can't afford buying the suppliments at over $40 a bottle. Are there foods I can eat which are are good source of phospholipids?
Lightly cooked meat. I would highly recommend sashimi or medium rare salmon. Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which is also recommended. Vitamin E is also recommended.
Phospholipids are recommended because they are required for rebuilding damaged and creating new cells. Your body will make them if you have enough phosphorous and fat. In humans, the cell walls are primarily made from phospholipids. So, high quality fats and phosphorous will help you heal faster internally.
