There's a lot of natural things you can take to help with a fever. You should definitely drink a lot of water as your body is dehydrated at this point. Willow bark is another excellent fever reducer too. Check out the site below for more info and remedies. |

Forget any of the latest myths, the most common one is local honey.
If you don't want to take antihistamines, the best option is a separate local management for each symptom. These are all generally cheaper on prescription. The over he counter packs are usually less potent drugs and small packs.
You will need eye drops + a steroid nasal spay and some patients need an inhaler as well.
Desensitisation, which disappeared for more that 20 years due to side effects concerns is also creeping back in a safer form and can sometimes help. If you go for this DO NOT buy anything over the net, it probably wont work, but discus these relatively new option with your GP. |
