find eye drops you prefer the best but don't rub your eyes or touch them that much because that will only make it worst

There are special allergy eye drops for people with those kind of allergies. You can buy them over the counter at any WalMart or drugstore.
get some visine and stop rubbing it.
dont itch them....go and wash ur eyes xx
besides the eye drops, try really really cold water... keep reapplying cold water until you ge the eye drops or they kick in. A daily allergy med will help too. try claritan.

Try eye drops. Check with your parents or doctor to see if it is dry; if so, you can get drops for irritated eyes at Walgreens or CVS or Walmart. Try not to scratch it though, it will probably make it worse.
