eat sumthin really cold followed by somethin really hot apparantly it numbs it

I have a sore throat too.
I was eating cold things for a while and it started helping
i was eating ice cream,ice, Popsicle any thing I i could think of that was cold.
Or really hot meals like chicken noodle soup or tea.
If that doesn't work then try drinking water or gargling salt water.

just gargle salt water a between every half an hour.

drink one teaspoon of honey twice a day... this is my experience. the next day almost 60 % is cured.

Yep, gargle salt water, but it won't work in one day. How long has it been sore, maybe you need a doc.

Gargle salt water, drink hot salty things, and take a spoonful of honey: That's what I did while fighting a very annoying cold.

buy some fish (make sure its very fresh preferrably catfish) and prepare some spicy fish soup. Chicken can also be used.

Eat the soup while its very hot
and it should help...

Thats a cold sypmtom i suggest you shouln't take anything cold...

Citric fruits like oranges and grape fruit are helpful too
If you take tea add some lime and lemon...

Squeeze a grapefruit and keep the juice in a bottle. Heat the juice and drink a small amount. Gargle with a small amount of juice and swallow it. Gargle again Th a small amount. Use lozenges to keep the area soft. It may be necessary to use antibiotics to help kill the infection. If it doesn't began to heal in 2 days see a doctor. you may have a strep infection.

I suppose you will have temperature soon and the sore throat will dissapear. Then the temperature will disappear. For now - drink hot tea.

Kills the bacteria, but works.
