Take B6-500 as directed.
Follow any special dietary recommendations made by your doctor or nutritionist.
B6-500 may cause tingling of the fingers or toes, reduced touch sensations, clumsiness or drowsiness.

If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

B6-500 has been found safe during pregnancy when used at recommended doses.
Pyridoxine is excreted into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant.
Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Take any missed dose as soon as possible but not if it is almost time for the next dose.
If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule.
Do not double the dose to catch up.
Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use, especially: levodopa, oral contraceptives, phenobarbital, phenytoin, cycloserine, hydralazine, isoniazid, penicillamine, multivitamins.
