- Timed-release capsules or tablets must be swallowed whole.
Side
Effects - B-Complex W/vitamin B-12 may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste.

Precautions
- If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before using B-Complex W/vitamin B-12.

Missed
