- Do not share this medication with others.It is important to maintain a well balanced diet while taking this medicine.Foods containing good sources of zinc include lean red meats, seafood, peas, and beans.Laboratory tests (e.g., zinc and copper levels) should be performed periodically to monitor your progress or check for side effects.
- Consult your doctor for more details.
Storage
- Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from light and moisture.
- Do not store in the bathroom.
- Keep all medicines away from children and pets.
Overdose
- Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fainting, and shortness of breath.
How
To Use - Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor or on the package.Take this medication 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.
- May be taken with food if it upsets your stomach.
- Best to swallow whole.
