To Use
HOW TO USE THIS MEDICATION: This medication is for use on the skin only.
Clean and dry the affected area before applying this medication.
Apply a small amount to the affected area and rub in gently.
A thin layer is all that is needed.
Wash hands after use.
Do not use this more often or for longer than directed.
Your condition will not clear faster, and the chance for side effects may be increased.
Avoid contact with the eyes.

This medication may cause redness, burning, dry skin, itching or eye irritation.
Notify your doctor if these symptoms continue or if you develop a skin rash.
If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions
Tell your doctor if you have any kidney disease, liver disease or any allergies, especially to formaldehyde.

Missed
Dose
If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not apply it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
