Additional Thoughts
I am on a combo of Lamictal and Lithium. I am doing better then I ever have on anything else. The only problem I have had is the price. I have had problems w/ insurance companies not wanting to pay for it. Even w/ those problems I still think it is worth it. My life has improved so much since I started taking it 4 years ago.

I was in marching band in high school and when I was in band camp, and I would assume from being out in the sun for about 6 hours, my knees ended up swelling up and getting red and itchy pretty bad. The swelling went down after being inside for 90 minutes, but it was pretty scary when I noticed it and also painful.

Additional Thoughts
The only medication that actually helped me with my bi-polar. Everything else I was on either made me suicidal or very sick.
