Additional Thoughts
I'm a very studious person and Adderall has allowed me to get the grades in school that I would be getting if I didn't have ADD. I don't get distracted so I can finish tests which had been a major problem for me. It also allows me to focus on things I love to do like play drums-- I was not able to read complicated music because I would get lost very easily (even though I've been playing for years and don't have dyslexia or anything) and Adderall has allowed be to focus as well as other people :) It hasn't changed my personality or anything but I have really severe ADD so it just basically puts me at a normal behavior level. Now I only take it if I need to be able to finish something in school because I was on it daily and lost too much weight even though I was less frustrated with my attention issues.
